Peggy has over 30 years of innovation and business development consulting experience, with clientele that includes 3M , Abbott Laboratories, AT&T, Coats & Clark, BASF, Dow Chemical, DuPont, Engelhard, Ford Motor, General Foods, GWS Perlos, ITT, Kraft, Kimberly-Clark, Proctor & Gamble, Reynolds Metals, SCM, Seagrams, Shell Oil, Synergics, Union Carbide, Valmet-Raisio and Westinghouse amongst numerous others.

Previously she was Senior Vice President for an international consulting organization, Innotech, engaged in new product innovation and development. In more than a decade with that firm starting during the 1970s, she was personally instrumental in the profitable commercialization of a diversity of new products and new businesses for a wide range of corporate clients, as well as being responsible for managing the operations of that firm's entire innovation services business.

Over the course of her more than three decades of experience, her commercial successes have spanned numerous categories from hardware lines to instant beverages, healthcare products, housewares, juvenile products, and personal care appliances. She has also been instrumental in the commercialization of new applications for a host of industrial materials and processes.

Throughout her career Mrs. Neale has specialized in the management of groups, both for innovation and research. She has pioneered significant advances in qualitative research conducted intra-corporately as well as with consumer/customer groups. She is particularly known for the use of projective techniques, which enable panelists in Summit Forums, workshop participants, research respondents, and ideation experts to more fully articulate their individual opinions and positions.

An authority on the effective use of creative and group dynamics techniques, she has lectured before the American Management Association, the Creative Problem-Solving Institute (SUNY), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Management Centre of Europe. Peggy was educated at Furman University, is a US citizen and resides in South Carolina.
