Vince Roscelli, Ph. D. brings more than 30 years experience to Synergics as an executive and entrepreneur adept in analyzing opportunities and developing business in the forest products, fibers and construction industries. The bulk of his career was spent at the Weyerhaeuser Company where he perfected his analytical and development expertise in diverse fields to include cellulose fibers, woven and non-woven textiles, paper and paperboard, composites and engineered wood materials with extensive exposure to the global markets for such materials and technologies. While at Weyerhaeuser, Vince gained first hand experience with the business creation and innovation methods of Accelerated Commercialization® through involvement in numerous development initiatives conducted by Synergics.

From his Weyerhaeuser career, Vince brings a long history of successfully leading diverse teams comprised of scientists, engineers, patent attorneys, financial analysts, manufacturing operations, marketing and sales professionals. Vince led these teams, successfully shepherding technology based new products from initial concept through laboratory development into pilot scale and finally into manufacturing and commercial launch.

Since leaving Weyerhaeuser, Vince continues to provide access to his areas of expertise by supplying consulting services primarily in technology evaluation, along with new product, market and business development. Vince has also started and is general manager of an electrical contracting firm in the Northwest.

Vince earned a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, followed by a Ph.D. in Economics from the Washington State University. In the course of his career he has utilized a wide range of analytical techniques (e.g., econometrics, operations research) and has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to identify, organize and focus knowledge resources external to employer or client organizations with the expertise and incentive to provide critical insight on factors required for profitable development & commercialization including product design, marketing, intellectual property management, and cost effective and flexible manufacturing.

Vince is a US citizen, is married with two adult children and five grandchildren and resides in the state of Washington.
