Fred DiMaria brings over 40 years of management and consulting experience to what he likes to call the point of interface of the chemical and health care industries. His initial 22 year career was in the pharmaceutical and specialty materials arena with companies like Hoffmann La Roche, Sun Chemical and Allied Signal where he was involved with everything from research science, to manufacturing process and its modification, to managing corporate strategy.

In 1981 Fred organized his own consulting establishment, Creative Business Strategies Int'l. The scope of industries served by his firm includes nutrition; food additives, bulk drugs, intermediates and specialty chemicals. In all of his development assignments Fred provided a global perspective and a deep network of high-level contacts. In his consulting endeavors he brings his clients unique insight and experience in marketing, technical, financial and corporate development issues, and demonstrated creativity, leadership and the ability to successfully focus teams on pivotal issues that resulted in improved performance and growth, and the consistent measures of his success are increased business value and more effective use of total resources. Fred DiMaria was educated at Farleigh Dickinson University where he holds bachelor and masters degrees in chemistry, psychology, marketing, management and finance. He is an active member and frequent speaker in trade and professional organizations; particularly, The Commercial Development and Marketing Association (Past President and Golden C Award recipient), The Drug Chemical and Allied Trades Association and The Council for Responsible Nutrition. He also is active in events of The Institute of Food Technologists and The Specialty Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association. Fred is a US citizen and resides in New Jersey
