Dr. Fenster has over 35 years of experience in product development, new business, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and operations business management within moderate sized and multi-billion dollar global corporations. When teaming on projects, Abe brings extensive, hands-on corporate, and business development, as well as overall entrepreneurial operating experience within the chemical and related industries.

Abe is currently President of IBD Associates Inc., an international consulting company specializing as a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Dr. Fenster has participated in numerous global M&A transactions and has extensive experience in business evaluations, divestitures, joint ventures and M&A searches. He has developed a proprietary tool for ensuring that an acquisition will ft with the acquiring company, known as MASS (for Merger & Acquisition Selection Strategy).

During his corporate career, Abe has served in numerous management and executive positions including Product Manager and Senior Research Chemist for Allied Chemical; Director of Development with C&K; Business Director of Specialty Products, a Director of Corporate Commercial Development, and a Director of Polyurethanes with Bayer (formerly Mobay Corporation); VP and Member of ICI's Worldwide Specialty Chemical's Business Team, President & General Manager of Thoro System Products (an ICI subsidiary), VP Global Business Development, and President of Tremco Canada, Ltd. - a BF Goodrich subsidiary, in the US and Canada; then VP of Tremco's Worldwide construction business with global responsibility for acquisitions, research and technology, new business development, and strategic planning.

A native of New York, Dr. Fenster earned a Bachelor's Degree from City University of New York, a Master's Degree from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, all degrees in Chemistry.

In addition to his other accomplishments, Dr. Fenster received the Golden C Award from the Commercial Development and Marketing Association, holds several patents, and has been published in various chemical industry journals. Abe is also a member in a number of professional associations including the CDMA, PDMA, the American Chemical Society, and the Society of Chemical Industry. Abe is a US citizen, and resides in Florida.
